Intimate New Orleans Wedding
This intimate New Orleans wedding was completely beautiful from beginning to end. Caleb and I flew in that morning at 8am and were welcomed by the precious McAlree family. Then I spent the morning running around town taking bridals of Mary at the most beautiful spots in New Orleans before the wedding festivities began ( those photos will be linked here later ). Every Corner of the Garden District was picturesque. I could have spent days taking photos there.
Johnny and Mary are both actors and singers. It felt right that much of their evening was simply spent listening to beautiful music with those nearest and dearest to them! They chose to have an intimate wedding where they could spend quality time with each person they had invited. Every moment was so sweet, from the heartfelt speeches, surprise performances, and waltzes with parents and grandparents. The night ended with a parade down St. Charles to the song “Almost There” From Disney’s Princess and the Frog and then they were off with a clang of the trolley. It was truly as if we had stepped back in to time. My old-fashioned heart was in heaven!
